《REUTERS》報導，北韓本週五實施第五次核武試驗，規模史上最大。
北韓選在建國 68 周年紀念日進行核爆，官方宣稱這次他們已經完全掌握將核彈頭搭載在飛彈上的技術。美方表示他們將與盟國對北韓實施新一波制裁，同時呼籲中國用其影響力對北韓施壓強迫終止核武計畫。
美國總統歐巴馬表示他已經與南韓總統 朴槿惠、日本首相安倍晉三通過電話，他們均同意與聯合國安理會合作加強現行制裁強度，同時並計畫推出新一波制裁方案 。

（中央社伊斯坦堡25日綜合外電報導）美國有線電視新聞網土耳其頻道（CNN Turk）報導，土耳其南部度假省安塔利亞首府安塔利亞市1棟商業大樓的停車場今天發生爆炸事件，已知至少10人受傷。
安塔利亞（Antalya）市長杜勒爾（MenderesTurel）表示，沒人受到重傷，爆炸可能是意外事件。
路透社引述CNN說，目前不清楚爆炸原因。
土耳其多安通訊社（Dogan）畫面顯示，爆炸的大樓前停了5輛救護車，數十人在旁圍觀。
事發當時人在大樓內的目擊者告訴CNN Turk台，窗戶被炸得碎裂，多人受傷流血。多安通訊社的記者還說，有1輛車被炸得支離破碎。
市長杜勒爾另對當地NTV電視台說：「10到12人因飛濺玻璃受輕傷」。1051025
